Meet Allison
Allison is an Associate on the Implementation team. With several years of experience in strategic planning and research and analytics, Allison leverages a data-driven approach and human-centered principles to help clients effect meaningful change throughout their organization.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I worked in nonprofit management and in market research. My roles focused on working across teams to build, refine, and execute on strategic plans and conduct primary and secondary brand and product research. I also managed people and teams to deliver on client and stakeholder needs.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I am a learning and people-motivated teammate. McChrystal Group invests so heavily in the strength of people and teams, and the desire to learn and grow to make ourselves, our teams, and our client's organizations better. McChrystal Group is one-of-one in its holistic Team of Teams approach, elevating people, processes, and technology to drive teams forward.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Outside of work, you can find me trying out new restaurants around DC, hanging out around my pilates studio, reading a good book (I'm trying to read one from every country!), or cheering on Philadelphia sports teams. I also love to crochet, make a mean lemon bar, and have a special talent for the NYT mini.
