Meet John
John Sipher is an Associate on the Implementation Team. He helps clients enhance their strategy alignment and boost organizational effectiveness. In his most recent engagement, he guided a healthcare software company through its transition from a start-up to an established enterprise, helping it adapt to its new organizational reality.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to McChrystal Group, I worked at a boutique consulting firm focused on international development. In this role, I designed a microfinance program in Indonesia, developed a strategy to accelerate green energy adoption in South Asia, and supported a diplomatic roundtable in Bangkok, among other engagements.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I joined McChrystal Group to gain expertise in leadership and organizational effectiveness from top leaders in both the public and private sectors, and to use this knowledge to address critical client challenges.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Poker - it's a lot of fun and excellent practice for decision-making with incomplete information.
