Meet Kade
Kade Younger is an Associate on the Implementation team, working with clients to enhance organizational alignment, improve team collaboration, and adapt to evolving challenges in dynamic operating environments.
What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Before joining McChrystal Group, I graduated from the College of William and Mary, where I was a member of the Varsity Swim Team. I gained experience through summer internships as a project estimator for an electrical and technologies contracting firm and as a finance intern at a boutique consulting firm.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?

What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
Growing up around water, I’ve always enjoyed water sports of any kind. Outside of work, I love biking, hiking, rock climbing, and fishing—anything that gets me outdoors, I’m in.
What is a hidden talent of yours?
I picked up slacklining after a climbing trip when I was younger and have always been good at solving Rubik’s Cubes. Now, I can do both simultaneously, which never fails to surprise people.
