Anna Roberts is the Business Chief of Staff at McChrystal Group, where she excels in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. She plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative culture. With experience in both the commercial and government sectors, Anna is a trusted advisor known for delivering innovative solutions to help organizations solve their hardest problems.

What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, I served in a Leadership Development Program with Chick-fil-A. In this program, I developed my ability to lead diverse customer-facing teams through high-pressure operations and expanded my knowledge of brand growth at the regional level. Before my time with Chick-fil-A, I had the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the healthcare industry and health disparities through internships with Piedmont Healthcare, Eli Lilly, and the Greater Accra Regional Hospital in Ghana.  

Why did you join McChrystal Group?

I joined McChrystal Group to be part of a high-performing team that operates with intention. What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?

Outside of work, I love running, trying new restaurants, and experimenting with new recipes at home!
