Paul Mele
Meet Paul
Paul Mele served 30 years in the United States Army, retiring at the rank of Colonel after a career in both conventional and special operations units. A veteran of operations in Somalia, Haiti, Iraq, and Afghanistan, Paul led organizations with a passion for developing servant leaders and trust across stakeholders and teammates.
Most recently he served for 24 months as the Chief of Staff for a 20,000(+) Soldier organization and then as a university Department Head for the Army ROTC program at Virginia Tech.
Aside from pursuits in leader development, Paul is a chapter president for the national non-profit Sleep In Heavenly Peace that builds and delivers beds for kids in need.
Paul received a Master of Arts from both the Army War College and the Naval War College, a Master of Science from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science from The Virginia Military Institute.
