What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
I was a journalist in Washington, D.C., covering politics, specifically Capitol Hill and election campaigns. I traded chasing legislators through the halls of Congress to tracking down partners and leaders at McChrystal Group to contribute to our editorial outputs.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I was excited by the opportunity to work with a group of talented and driven individuals during a time of growth for McChrystal Group. I enjoy the opportunity to contribute to a variety of different projects and initiatives that have a direct impact on the firm's current performance as well as it's future.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
I love to be outside and active in any way possible, from running and hiking to biking and swimming. I also enjoy going to live shows and regularly play soccer in D.C.'s recreational leagues.
What has been your most interesting travel spot with a McChrystal Client?
I had the opportunity to go to Istanbul for a speech and client event. Although it was only for 48 hours, the chance to experience another culture and travel halfway across the world was a great experience.
