Meet Danielle
Danielle is the Chief Marketing Officer at McChrystal Group where she spearheads strategic marketing and communications. She joined the firm with two decades of global marketing experience. She has a proven track record of elevating brands and delivering measurable results.
Danielle spent 7 years as a commercial consultant at Accenture Interactive, leading projects in the US, Asia, and Europe for Energizer/Edgewell, Pfizer, LVMH, Abbott, IHG, Merck, Visa, SC Johnson, Otsuka, Singapore Tourist Board, and Janssen.
Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Danielle led the marketing and development for a military and first responder non-profit, tripling fundraising over two years and partnering with multiple VSOs, the National Guard, and NYPD as part of a national COVID task force. She is highly experienced in developing commercial strategies, with extensive media and PR experience.
She has led global brands at Merck, Unilever, and Mars, across over 50 markets in 6 continents, with P&L responsibility, delivering consistent double-digit growth and managing multiple product launches. At Merck, Danielle developed and led the roll-out of the global social media strategy for all brands across the consumer, pharma, and chemicals sectors.
Danielle received a Master of Business Administration and MSc in Communications, specializing in risk, from Kansas State University. She serves as a strategic advisor to multiple nonprofit organizations. She lives outside Austin, Texas with her husband and two sons.
