Dr. Christian Tillett is the Chief Technology Officer at McChrystal Group, where he leads technology enablement, AI integration, and digital optimization initiatives. He works closely with executives to design and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and foster adaptable leadership.
With expertise in AI governance, enterprise collaboration, and digital strategy, Christian specializes in leveraging passive and active data across an organization's tech portfolio to drive efficiency, transparency, and strategic execution. His work ensures that digital optimization is not just about tools, but about aligning people, processes, and technology for sustainable impact and organizational resilience.
Before joining McChrystal Group, Christian was Director of Collaboration Platforms at a leading digital marketing firm, spearheading enterprise technology modernization. His prior roles as an Information Architect and Solution Architect in international humanitarian organizations reinforced his ability to scale IT strategies that drive mission success in complex environments.
Christian holds a Doctor of Science in Information Architecture and Interaction Design from the University of Baltimore, where his research explored social media as a catalyst for technology adoption. He also earned an MBA and an MS in Information Technology Systems from Johns Hopkins University. A recognized leader in enterprise technology and digital transformation, he has taught IT-business strategy alignment at Towson University and holds certifications in cloud computing, AI, and enterprise collaboration.
